Terms & Conditions

If we feel that your custom item is general enough to be sold on our store, there won’t be any fee for designing it. It will just cost the amount that we decide to list it on our website for.

However, if it’s a very specific, one-off item that would appeal to very few people, there will be a design fee (email us for more info). We hope this does not discourage you in any way from sending a request. We want to work with you. Because of that, we have made our fee as low as it possibly can be. We look forward to hearing from you!

Because the design process is so involved, with measurements needing to be exact we may need to ask you to send us the items you’d like inserts made for. If you aren’t comfortable with that, or just need your tools on a regular basis then we recommend you don’t submit a request.
